Ingredients: 1 box Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix (I suppose any would do) 1 can Pie Filling (any flavor)
Grease a Bundt pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F
Stir by hand dry cake mix and pie filling until thoroughly mixed. DO NOT ADD WATER
Pour immediately into cake pan and bake approximately 30-35 min. Cake should be lightly browned and springy when done.
Note: you can use a 9x13" baking dish but cake will not be as high as it should be.
I used cherry filling and it was really good. Neighbor used peach and said it was good...all in what you like.

You're welcome Doreen. That one was just 'too easy' for me to pass up. I didn't have any cool whip to put on it, and felt it was just fine without it.
I finally had to cut slices off mine and freeze them. I'd eat the entire thing. Angel Food cake has always been my favorite. Let me know if you make it.
