Sticky Sausages and Sweet Chilli Dip OVEN 200 GAS 6 4 tblsp hoisin sauce 1 tblsp runny honey 2 spring onions, chopped (optional) 4OOg packet of chipolata sausages DIP Mix 4 tblsp mayonnaise and 2 tblsp sweet chilli sauce ( put this aside) Mix hoisin sauce, honey and spring onion, put in a roasting tin. Add the chipolatas and coat well with the sauce. Put in Pre heated oven and cook 15 minutes Remove and turn chipolatas, return to oven and roast 10 minutes. Serve hot with salad and baked potato. If served cold, use with salad and the mixed dip.
This is ideal for picnics. Did it last week and it's delicious. cheers Penny
