Strawberry Pretzel Pie
Crust:
2 cups crushed pretzels One half cup butter, melted One quarter cup sugar
Combine ingredients and press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees and allow to cool.
Filling:
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened 1 9-oz. carton whipped topping Two thirds cup sugar
Combine and pour over crust and chill.
Topping:
1 6-oz. package strawberry gelatin 2 cups boiling water 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir in strawberries. Pour over filling and chill until gelatin sets.
Slice and serve.

This is very good. I make it at the store all the time. We call it Strawberry Pretzel Salad.

Yes Linda I guess you could call it that. I only make it at home when I have company, Dave doesn't really like stuff like this. He'll eat a little but I would end up eating the rest and I sure don't need that. ;D

I haven't made it yet. I have to watch my carbs and if I make it..I'll eat it. I'll make it when I can give part of it away.
