I got this recipe from Taste of Home and made it for the first time for my Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law. I don't usually make something unless I've tried it first but was anxious to try it, and I'm so glad I did, everyone loved it! The dressing is sooo good, and the combination of strawberries and the rest is just really refreshing. I'm making it for the second time today and can't wait until dinner to eat it! A very good salad to take if your going to a luncheon or something. I left out the onion because Jim doesn't like raw onion, and if you put it in it's been suggested that you use the sweet onions like Vidalia. I also toasted the almonds first, but otherwise made it just like the recipe.
Berry Tossed Salad Recipe
Ingredients
· 1 package (10 ounces) ready-to-serve salad greens
· 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
· 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
· 1/4 cup chopped red onion
· 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
· 2 tablespoons slivered almonds

CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING:
· 1/2 cup mayonnaise
· 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sugar
· 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
· 1 tablespoon milk
· 2-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
· 2-1/2 teaspoons seedless raspberry jam
Directions
· In a large salad bowl, combine the greens, strawberries, kiwi, onion, feta cheese and almonds. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Drizzle desired amount over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftover dressing. Yield: 8 servings.
