Everytime I start my computer I get this message:
the file or directory\windows\Prefetch\TFSWCTRL.Exe-042CFB47.pf is corrupt and unreadable Please run chkdsk utility
I keep running the chkdsk utility, but still get it again the next time it starts up. I have also run anti malware and spybot and avast and didn't find anything, so why do I keep getting this and does anyone know what to do about it?

It looks like I can delete most of them, {I haven't had time to try each one yet, but have done some of them} but when I try to delete all of them it says I can't delete the first one because it is corrupt and unreadable. How do I get rid of that one?

not sure, but maybe if you boot in safe mode you can delete it
