Last week was the first show and I missed it. But was lucky to find it on the internet. I found it to be very interesting. I am in the process of doing my family tree so maybe that is why I find it so interesting. Has anyone else watched it?

Pebbles, was that show the one Ancestry has been talking about? I keep getting emails on it, but I haven't watched it.

yes. I managed to watch it on www.nbc.com/who-do-you-think-you-are/It is being shown there until a certain date. I forget the date but you might still be able to see it. It was really good. It is on tonight.

I too missed the first show but my daughter told us about it. So we watched the 2nd one with lisa Kudrow. How interesting. That was such a heartwarming story. Got me thinking about doing a heritage lsearch on my side of the family.

Julie, I am doing my family tree. I can't travel like they are on the show but I use a lot of info from family and from the internet. It is a lot of fun and time goes by so fast when working on it. I have come up with a lot of interesting stuff just by using the computer. I love that show.

I really like that program too but I never get to see the whole thing, I have to leave for work 20 minutes before it's over.

Do you go to a geneology site pebbles? I haven't the first idea hwo to begin. All of that side of the family are gone now. I use ancestry.com and familysearch.ogr. For recording what I find I use the Family Tree Maker program. Got it at Amazon.com. They have three different ones and I got just the basic one, it works fine for me. You can get a lot of different reports from it. Ancestry requires a membership but I think it is well worth it. If you get the Family Tree Maker program it is like $30.00 you get a free month of ancestry. If you seen the commercials for it on TV that is exactly how it works. I also use findagrave.com.
