Good morning, I am running Vista home version and have been having a problem deleting files for the last couple days. I can get them all to delete except for 26 which are from msnbcmedia.msn.com. whatever that is. Any suggestions? Thank you

Hi Wildflower, When I put msnbcmedia.msn.com. into google there are a lot of pages and it is some kind of 3D thing, I didn't check any further, but if you look in your programmes, it just might be there and have a link to uninstall it, if not check in the Add/Remove programmes section of your control panel. Mike.

All I can figure is I was on msn's wesite reading the news and it came from there. It's a JPEG Image. So how do I go about finding it since it isn't in the add and remove?

If you know the name of the jpeg file, do a search and delete it.

All it says is msnbc.com jpeg image. I did a search but nothing came up. I put in jpeg image and all I get are the sample pictures that came with the computer.

When you say it shows up, where is it showing up, wildflower? And can you right click on it, and see its properties? That would give you its location.
