I recently got some of the Silicone Baking cups for cupcakes, and I would never go back to the paper ones! They come in a box of 12. Someone had recommended these to me, and I just love them. You have to spray them before putting the cupcakes/muffins in but they come out so nice. They are oven proof up to 500 degrees, dishwasher proof, microwave proof and refrigerator and freezer safe. I was amazed at how good they were. Jim was shocked when I put them in the dishwasher, but couldn't believe how nice they came out. They also have the silicone cookie sheets. These can all be found at Walmart in the cooking utensil isle. I couldn't believe you could put them in the oven the first time I saw them. One of the best buys I've made recently, as I used to go through a lot of the paper ones. I plan to get another box, because sometimes I have more than 12 at once.

This is what it looks like. It actually feels like a light rubber, which is why it's so amazing that it can go in the oven/microwave etc. I'm not sure about the picture of the one you show. All the ones I've seen are more like a rubber substance. After going to the site and looking at the ones you showed, it looks like they are probably the same. Hard to say without touching them, but looks to be the same type material.

So they're singles, do you put them on a baking sheet?

So they're singles, do you put them on a baking sheet? Yes, I do. I might look for some of the others. I really like it, it's so easy to just pop them out. You do have to spray them with cooking spray, but I do that to most things anyway. When we were visiting "The Taylor Inn" last October, we were in the kitchen talking to the the lady who runs it, and she was using these and said she'd never go back to paper, so I had to try them. I'll never buy paper again either. Can't wait to try some of the other pieces.

You're the first person I know that's tried these Nancy. I think I'll look for a full 12 or 6 one (like JoAnne posted). I've wanted to try them but hate not knowing if something really works.
Thanks for the post on them.
