A couple weeks ago I moved all our herbs to our balcony front porch in hopes of keeping them all winter long. Our porch is open in the front with a big awnning all the way across it but both sides are inclosed with a sliding glass window in them. I set them up on a table by the window that gets the afternoon sun and opened the curtians. I hope that by having them out of the frost and the snow and the warmth of the sun shinning thru the window will keep them growing all winter. So far so good, but we'll see what happens as the winter goes on. Oh, I just cut a little off each plant and put them in a pot of boiling water. The house smells so good I wanna eat it. LOL ;D

I was just out on Friday evening cutting fresh parsley. This is great I hope it does last through the winter but I doubt it.
