Do we have any American Idol fans this year? They sure had their share of weirdos last night! Some of them were downright scary!

I do too, but I kind of feel sorry for the people who really can sing, and never make it on because they put all these weirdos on. Some of the ones who make it to Hollywood never get to be seen on t.v. because they are eliminated before we get a chance to see them. That one girl last night {think star wars } was a few sandwiches shy of a picnic!

First cut..........Garrett Haley, Amy Davis, Joanne Borgella and Colton Berry were eliminated by viewers getting their first chance to vote in the top-rated talent contest's seventh season.

I agreed with the guys, but I thought Amanda Overmyer should have been one of the girls to go. We all thought she did terrible the other night, but then we're not big fans of her kind of music. I did think she sang good during the previous times though, but she just seemed all over the place the other night and were very surprised she beat out Joanne.

I agree with all that left except Joanne. She didn't do well this week but I think she should have not been voted off.

I didn't think Joanne should have left so early either. The young guy with the long dreads reminded me of John Travolta!

I'm rooting for the young he/she with the hair flipping who did an Elvis song to be voted off quickly.......but like last year he will probably be the sh#tjaya guy for this year.....

;D I didn't know if I was imagining it. My daughter was watching with me, but couldn't put a face to the name Travolta! Glad I wasn't the only one who saw it. ;D

My husband and daughter both thought so too. My daughter knows him from Grease. She loves that show.
