I'm off to watch it on the computer today. Just watched the men's show. Justin was good and I think he'll do well. Mario..rhythm for sure. I gave Penn a lot of credit. He wasn't so bad, and before it's over he'll do better.
First I 've watched this so that was fun. Thanks for the link Deb.

Priscilla was great. She was so graceful like she has done this before. And with her being an actress she could show the emotion of the dance in her face. I think she did very well and if I remember right she scored the highest. I had to play darts with Dave while watching it I finally got to watch it and, actually Kristy and Mark scored the highest with 27 points, but Priscilla and Louie were in second place with 24. I didn't realize it had been 16 years since Kristy trained, but that's what they said. It doesn't seem like that long. She's still in good shape though, and I imagine it would be a lot different than skating. Like she said you have to break yourself of bad habits. I agree that Monica wasn't very good, way too stiff. Tell Dave that when your shows on Darts are off limit.

I'm impressed. I didn't think Priscilla would relax enough to dance. She was so somber and looked totally stressed. They all did good.
I think Marissa is hysterical, and I think next week Monica might be more relaxed.

Maybe thats what cost him the votes and was booted off. I really thought they would keep him around longer like Jerry Springer and Wayne Newton. Glad he's gone. Even though the tennis player was the weakest dancer I feel bad for her getting booted off.

I do think they were both the weakest dancers. I felt sorry for her too, but someone had to go and she wasn't as good as the others. He was intertaining, but couldn't dance at all.

I knew it would either be Penn or Adam out of the male dancers to get the boot. I felt bad for Monica too, but agree she was the weakest dancer.
I was really happy that Shannon performed so well. She was good last night.

So everyone, who do you think will go tonight? Marissa had the lowest score, so I'm thinking it could be her, but several had only 21 points to her 19, so it could be one of them too. Poor girl, she was having so much fun and I felt so bad for her when they started telling her how bad she did. I didn't think she did that bad, I love watching her because she's so enthusiastic. Adam seemed a bit stiff to me, so he's a possiblity also. The judges seemed a bit harsh last night.

I agree Nancy. I thought the judges were harsh too, but perhaps that's because they're challenging them to become more professional. I love Marissa's attitude and felt just horrible for her. I know she cried after it was all done and over with.
I don't care for Adam. His mouth is more than I can handle. All in all I felt they were pretty good. I didn't know until last night they're given just 5 days to learn their routine. I'd never make it.
I'm hoping Adam is booted and not Marissa. I was going to keep track of points and didn't.

Marla & Fabian- 21 Steve & Anna-21 Christian & Sheryl-25 Mario & Karina-21 Shannon & Derrik- 24 Adam & Julianne-21 Marissa & Tony-19 Prisilla & Louis-26 Jason & Edyta-23 Kristi & Mark-27 I would prefer to see Adam go first too. I like Marissa, she's so much fun to watch, and is such a likable person. I was happy that Tony stood up for her. He seemed very upset for her, & kept saying how proud he was of her. He's such a nice guy. I'd never learn the routine in five days either. Heck, I probably couldn't learn it in a month these days.

Thanks Nancy. Now this is the first year I've ever watched it, so am I understanding that with call in votes, the judges votes don't make who comes or goes 100% of the choice?

Thats right Linda they combine callers votes & the judges votes to determine who stays or goes.
Carry Anne really ticked me off last night how she treated Marissa. I hope she stays around longer. I enjoy watching her. I don't care for Adam he can go.

I was really hoping Adam would be the one to go, darn it! I'm glad Marissa has another chance though. I like that girl. She's so much fun to watch.
